Texture background are fun to use with your photo projects. All you do is open the the picture you want to add on top of the texture background in Elements. Then open the texture background you want to use. Click on the photo and hold the mouse key down while you drag it on top of the texture background. You can re size and move the photo around once you drop it on the texture background.
